Marshal Paul Hoffman, 25 Years Experience
Paul graduated from Heritage High School in Monroeville then graduated from Vincennes University. He started his career with the IN Dept of Corrections working with juveniles for 17 years. He then joined Rome City's police force as a Reserve officer in 1994. Upon successfully graduating from Marshal school in 1997, he was hired as a part-time officer. In 2010 Paul was hired as full-time Deputy and in 2020 he became the Marshal of Rome City. Paul and his wife Renisea and family have lived in Town of Rome City for 10 years.
Deputy Marshal Dustin Fike
Dustin attended East Noble High School. He started with Waterloo Police Department as a Reserve officer for 3 years before coming to Rome City as a Reserve officer for 10 years. In 2020, Dustin accepted the position as Deputy Marshal.
Dustin and his family reside in Kendallville.
